FAQs
Straight answers.
The most common questions we hear from Tucson drivers — with real answers, not weasel words.
How fast can you get to me in Tucson?+
Most calls in the central Tucson metro see a driver arrive within 30 minutes. Outlying areas like Marana, Vail, or Oro Valley can add 10–20 minutes depending on time of day.
Are you really 24/7?+
Yes — a real dispatcher answers our line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. No voicemail, no menu tree.
What forms of payment do you accept?+
Cash, all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (link in the site footer). We can also invoice insurance directly for accident tows.
Do you tow motorcycles?+
Yes. We use soft straps and wheel chocks specifically designed for motorcycles — no scratches, no dropped bikes.
Can you tow an AWD or lowered vehicle safely?+
Every AWD, 4x4, EV, luxury, and lowered vehicle gets a flatbed — period. Wheel-lifting those vehicles can destroy the drivetrain or bumper.
Do you handle accident recovery and insurance claims?+
Yes. We clear the scene, transport to your body shop of choice, and can bill most insurance carriers directly.
How much does a tow cost?+
For a standard passenger vehicle in the Tucson metro, most tows fall between $95 and $175 all-in. We give you the full quote on the phone before we dispatch — the price you're quoted is the price you pay.
Do you do long-distance and out-of-state tows?+
Yes. We regularly haul across Arizona and into New Mexico, Nevada, and California. Call for a per-mile long-haul quote.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Fully licensed and insured with commercial cargo and garage-keepers coverage. Certificates available on request.
What if I'm not with my vehicle?+
No problem. We can meet you elsewhere or perform an unattended tow with your authorization by phone and a photo of the vehicle location.
