Arizona Elite Towing started in 2016 out of a simple frustration: the way most tow calls in Tucson were being handled. National dispatch networks were answering local calls, subcontracting to whoever was cheapest, and leaving drivers waiting on the shoulder for two hours in July heat.

We started small — one truck, one dispatcher, one promise: real people, honest quotes, damage-free transport. Almost a decade later we still answer the phone the same way on day one — with a local Tucson voice.

When we say family-owned, we mean it. The people who own the company are the people who dispatch your call, drive your tow, and answer your emails. That's why the reviews look the way they do — and why we tell you the honest choice when a jump-start would be cheaper than a tow.
